ENABLING GIRLS ANDWOMEN
TO THRIVE
Women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa are the heartbeats of resilience, the architects of change, and the guardians of hope, shaping the future of a continent with their strength, courage, and unwavering determination.
We aspire for a world where every girl and woman can thrive and realize their full potential. To achieve this we provide education, exposure and experiences for rural
adolescent girls and urban poor women of reproductive age by harnessing the power of philanthropic grants, private investments, partnerships, and advocacy efforts. We provide a platform for opportunities to fuel social advancement in a rapidly changing world influenced by technological advances and climate change, and strive to democratize these advances and knowledge to these vulnerable communities.
Vision
Every girl and woman is deserving of opportunities to attain their full potential
Mission
Breaking generational barriers through experiences, exposure and education
Values
Empathy, Integrity,
Growth, Inclusion and Collaboration
Our Approach
We are committed to the idea that ensuring rural adolescent girls and urban disadvantaged women have access to essential resources which is key to empowering them to lead healthy, successful lives. This support not only benefits these women directly but also paves the way for a brighter future for
themselves and their families.
Our Pillars
Empowered women anywhere in the world contribute to the economic growth, healthcare development and education of their communities. Yet girls and women particularly in rural areas continue to face challenges that hinder their potential. These pillars are our way of providing a leg up for girls and women which in turn fuels community development.
